The short term objectives of the action are as follows:
- To open a channel of communication between the local artists and pioneer artists who are active in the field of dance in Europe and ensure the exchange between the local forms of dance and contemporary ones;
- To promote potential local dancers, to contribute to their artistic development and widen their horizons;
- To contribute to the revival and diversification of cultural and artistic life in the Eastern Black Sea
Region and to offer inclusive and innovative actions to the local people;
- To ensure the trans-national mobility of artists and cultural and artistic operators.
